Returns & Refunds

Please email hello@corsika.com.au before you begin your return.

Any item can be refunded if it is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened or used products or for shipping costs.

Return or repeat shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. 

The customer is responsible for the unsuccessful delivery of an order.

We will notify you once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original payment method. 

We recommend using a tracked service to return the goods, as all transport risk is borne by the sender. As our products are fragile, please make sure to ship the bottles with sufficient packaging to ensure they do not break in transit.
